Workmanship. The finished towel shall conform to the quality and grade of product established by this commercial item description.
Product Demonstrational Model. When required, offerors shall submit samples of their intended production. The Product Demonstration Model will consist of units independently developed. Product Demonstration Models will be analyzed and evaluated by the government. Evaluation criteria and basis for award are contained in the solicitation. Products Demonstration Models will be retained by the government.
